Delivery Time

Orders within India are usually delivered in 3–4 business days from the date of order confirmation. We ship through trusted courier partners.

Stitched (Ready-to-Wear) Orders

Orders with stitching take 2–3 additional days, as each piece is stitched in-house to your measurements.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Our team will contact you to confirm your COD order before dispatch. If we do not receive a confirmation within 3 days of our first attempt, the order will be cancelled.

Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders are dispatched directly, without a confirmation call.

Delivery Attempts

If a delivery is unsuccessful, a second attempt is made after confirming with you. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful for reasons on the customer's side, shipping charges for a third attempt will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

Delays

Orders can sometimes be delayed for reasons outside our control. If your order is delayed well beyond the estimated delivery time, we will contact you.
