Exchange & Return Policy

However, If Due To Some Unforeseen Situation, You Require The Return or Exchange Of The Product Then The Following Terms Apply For A Mutually Consented Return.

Exchange Policy:

  • We do not accept return of product if product delivered is not damaged or defective. We can exchange the product once per order if customer does not like it after it received. This service we provide to win trust of our customers and to give them best of products. This is our sole motto and commitment.
  • This will be subjected to terms and conditions, as explained below:

Terms and Conditions:

  • If you want to exchange a product you have to mail us on info.rupsilk@gmail.com or call/WhatsAap on +91 7874737411 within 48 hrs of delivery. After that customer is not eligible for any type of exchange.
  • Customer need to pay 150 additional charges to facilitate the exchange, which includes shipping and other handling charges for shipping partners.
  • Item condition: All items must be returned in unused, unworn, original condition with tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original condition with packaging and tags. We will not accept items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.
  • Products purchased during the sale period / discounted pricing are not eligible for exchange. It can be only exchange in case of product delivered is damaged or wrong product delivered.
  • Reverse pick up: We offer a pick-up facility in select locations based on our courier serviceability. We will pick up the return within 2-3 business days from the request approval date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup. If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of approval of the return request.
  • The returned item shall be picked up from the order delivery address only.
  • Post receipt of the return package, it will undergo a quality and packing inspection. If it as per guideline than we will initiate the exchange process that will take normal order delivery days (5-6 Working Days) to reach to customer.
  • Key Points:
  • Raise exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • 150 return fee applicable for shipping partners.
  • For defective product customer has to provide pre-opening video within 48 hours.
  • Keep the tags and packaging intact.
  • Limitation:
  • Each customer is entitled to one exchange per order.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange order. (Our standard delivery timeline will apply)
  • The returned item shall be picked up from the order delivery address only.

Return Policy:

  • In case if you received a defective or wrong product from our side than we will give you exchange without any additional charges (T&C applied).
  • If you received a defective product from our side for claim you must send a pre-opening video within 48 Hours If you are not able to provide pre-opening video of wrong product/parcel, we cannot pass your claim for wrong/defective product. IT IS COMPULSORY.
